Education Tour Package Terms & Conditions

At Golden Gate Travel & Tours Pvt. Ltd., we specialize in crafting comprehensive, safe, and enriching Educational Tour Packages that give students the chance to learn beyond the classroom. Our goal is to provide unforgettable hands-on learning experiences in a secure and well-organized environment.
By booking an educational tour with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Pricing & Payment Terms
   • All prices are subject to market fluctuations at the time of booking confirmation.
   • Costs may vary due to seasonal changes, transportation rates, group size (number of participants), or other external economic factors.
   • A minimum of 80% payment is required before the start of the program. The remaining balance must be cleared as per the company’s payment policy.
   • Prices listed in the itinerary exclude government taxes, levies, and other additional charges.


2. Booking & Confirmation
   • Advance booking is highly recommended to ensure smooth arrangements for accommodations, transportation, and program schedules.
   • Your tour will be officially confirmed once all required details and payments have been received.
   • Only written communication through official email is considered valid. Please keep a record of all correspondence.


3. Program Flexibility
   • We reserve the right to modify programs or services depending on availability and timing.
   • Every effort will be made to meet your expectations, but changes may be necessary due to logistical or operational reasons.


4. Safety & Liability
   • While we strive to maintain high safety standards through careful selection of licensed guides, secure accommodations, and reliable transport, Golden Gate Travel & Tours Pvt. Ltd. cannot be held liable for:
     • Personal injuries or accidents
     • Loss or damage to property

   • In such cases, we will do our best to provide alternative arrangements, but no financial compensation will be offered.


5. Code of Conduct
   • All students and accompanying staff are expected to follow the rules and safety guidelines issued by Golden Gate Travel & Tours Pvt. Ltd.
   • Any participant who disrupts the tour or violates rules may be removed from the group. The educational institution will be responsible for their return arrangements and costs. No refunds will be provided in such cases.


6. Special Requirements & Medical Disclosures
   • It is essential that the institution informs us in advance about any participant’s:
     • Medical conditions
     • Allergies
     • Dietary restrictions
     • Special needs or requests (e.g., wheelchair access, room preferences, or academic focus areas)
   • This ensures that we can make appropriate accommodations and tailor the experience to best support the group’s needs.


7. Responsibility of Educational Institutions
   • Ultimate responsibility for student behavior, safety, and supervision rests with the educational institution and its staff.
   • Our team works closely with group leaders to ensure a cooperative and safe travel experience for all.
